Our robust underwriting process is in search of opportunities that equate to a 7% yield on cost, untrended. This conservative approach allows for a higher probability of above average returns for our investors. Socialization, amenities, and well designed homes are core to our investment and design thesis. Better product, when done well, equates to better returns and more meaningful developments. We like infill sites between 10-15 acres in established neighborhoods where popular restaurants, retail and experiences can serve as additional amenities.
